UBA Competition
Explore UBA competition, from year-round team formats to national championship pathways, while bowlers build meaningful rivalries.
UBA competition rewards team depth, individual excellence, consistency and performance under pressure. For example, its core programs give bowlers different ways to compete, from monthly district matches to singles and tag-team championships.
First, the Season Tour uses nine-person lineups and a 40-point match system. Through monthly district competition, franchises pursue a route through the playoffs to Battle Bowl. Throughout the season, each franchise brings its bowlers together to compete and pursue the next stage. As a result, the format puts team performance at the center of the experience.
Meanwhile, the World Championship Series offers singles weight divisions for individual bowlers. In addition, capped and uncapped tag-team formats provide separate team championship opportunities. Team Rankings, however, use a different six-person franchise lineup. In this program, three scratch and three capped bowlers compete for national standing.
Beyond the core programs, signature events add variety to the season. For instance, Battle Bowl, Unholy Alliance and Mega Bowl are among the listed UBA competition events.
